    I think the solution goes as follows, for example:
    1. Rxh8+ Kxh8
    2. Rc8+ Kh7
    3. hxg6+ Kh6
    4. Rh8+ mate

    Black’s piece’s can’t coordinate to ward off the back rank attack.
    1. Rxh8+ Kxh8
    2. Rc8+
    Black’s rooks can make some ineffective blocks, but Black will have to play … Kh7 eventually, after which hxg6+ will yield Rh8#.

    White has a forced win:

    1.Rxh8+ Kxh8
    2.Rc8+ Kh7
    3.Bxg6+ Kh6
    4.Rh8#

    or

    3.hxg6+ Kh6
    4.Rh8#

    Black can prolong his game for
    two additional moves by interposing
    his rooks at e8 and f8 when white
    checks at c8, but the white rook just
    takes each one in turn with check.
