Way to go Rebekah!!! You’re California fans are proud of you.
Easy!
easy no more than 2 min
babygladys:
I completely agree that it is easy (myself I would take no more than 2 mins, maybe less) BUT… here’s the rub. You’ve got to WRITE IT ALL DOWN! Including side variations. And you’ve got to make it legible. That’s what’s taking up all the time, and that’s why you’re not seeing faster times here, because I guarantee you would otherwise.
Thats the problem with american chess and for chess in general. We have someone like FPAWN that will applaud someone for having achieved something that might be “easy” for some but for a young girl or child it is an important achievement, but then we have two “anons” that would belittle the efforts of a child.
If it were easy or not, what is the difference? It was a child who achieved it.
We either celebrate or we tolerate in this life. Fpwan celebrates the achievements of a chess player and in doing so he demonstrates the excellent person that he is.
The other two just “tolerate” and in doing so demonstrate how insignificant they are.
Congratulations to the winners and kudos to the players that solved them all. All puzzles are easy once you know the solutions! (btw the last puzzle has 2 solutions.)
