Don’t see a win for white, but the following line draws.
1. Qe6.
prevents …Qe1+ and threatens dxe.
1…exd
2. Qc8+ Kd5
3. Qxf5+ Kc6
4. Qc9+ Kd5
draw by perpetual checks.

2. Qc8+ Kd5
3. Qxf5+ Kc6
4. Qc9+ Kd5
Off to a flying start, but your line is better for White than you’re giving it credit for. You’re right that 5.Qf5+ would be good for a perpetual, but there’s a stronger move.
5. Qe8 Qxf3 (only move to prevent 6. Qe4#)
6. Qa8+ and 7. Qxf3
Instead of 4.Qc8+, try 4.Kc4.
The idea is to force the black king to b7 or c7 because of the threatened 5.QC8#.
4…Kb7 (or …Kc7)
5.Kb5, after which White will capture the b-pawn, corner the Black king, and force mate.
well, I see that 4.Kc4 fails apparently because of …Qg8+.
