My latest chess promotional trip landed me in Cumberland (MD) today. It is a quaint little city right near West Virginia.

Chess champ in city today
CUMBERLAND — Susan Polgar, the only world champion in history to win the Triple Crown in chess, will be in Cumberland today.
Currently ranked No. 1 in the United States, Polgar will sign autographs and meet with the public at the Downtown Cumberland Armory Centre, 210 S. Centre St., at 1:30 p.m. Prior to that, she’ll meet privately with a group of chess enthusiasts at the Holiday Inn.
I am very impressed with the enthusiasm of the local residents about chess and I expect many good things to happen in the future. 
That is awesome. When are you coming to Chicago or Milwaukee?
I was just in Chicago for 10 days during the US Open.
