I would like to nominate Scott Parker of Atlanta , Georgia .
Scott Parker has been a member of the GCA Executive Board for most of the last decade. He has served as President, Vice-President, and as Treasurer.
He is an experienced tournament director and organizer, and has had a hand in setting up and/or running most of the various tournaments GA has run in the recent past, both adult and scholastic.
He has been Chief TD of almost all GA tournaments, and he has preferred to donate his services .
He is very encouraging, very friendly and very supportive. GA chess owes a lot to him.
