Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
All whites win.
I predict wins for Anand, Kramnik and Leko today, with a draw in Aronian’s game.
kramnik will lose to gelfand, he is bound to blunder today.
Anand will thrash Grischuk.
Gelfand will thrash Kramnik.
chess is no garbage trash …
Anand 0/1 Grischuk
Kramnik 1/0 Gelfand
Moro 0/1 leko
Svidler 1/2 aronian
My favourite have to win so Kramnik will win on 100%
Anand-Grischuk 1/2
Morozewicz-Leko 1/2
Svidler-Aronian 1/2
The way in which Kasparov use to thrash his opponents it appeared like a garbage thrash….those who have not experienced, will see it today.
Kramnik will do many mistakes.
I hope for Grischuk to win but I think that is going to be a draw, if decided probably a win for white.
Anand – Grischuk 1/2 (with the tendency to 1-0)
I hope for Gelfand to win but similar as above I think this is going to be a draw.
Kramnik – Gelfand 1/2
I hope for Moro to win and I think he is going to do it.
Morozevich – Leko 1-0
Aronian should strike back today if he wants to return. If Swidler wins today one of the three so called favourites is as good as out.
In between the favourites have changed I think.
I think this game will be decided but I am not quite sure how.
I predict 0-1 a little more than 1-0.
Svidler-Aronian 0-1
Games of most interest (for me) are Grischuk’s and Moro’s game I think.
Greetings
Jochen
anand may lose today as grischuk seems to have the victories lately
hi susan, my prediction is:
Anand-Grischuk 1-0
Kramnik-Gelfand draw
Moro-Leko 0-1
Svidler-Aronian draw
i hope good games!
Kramnik-Gelfand 1/2 25 moves
Anand-Grischuk 1/2 25 moves
Morozewicz-Leko 0-1 100 moves
Svidler-Aronian 1/2 33 moves
the leaders take a rest day and
moro is stubborn and aronian will not win with black
Anand-Grischuk 1/2
Kramnik-Gelfand 1-0
Morozevich-Leko 1/2
Svidler-Aronian 0-1
You simply have to favour Anand and Kramnik behind the white pieces. However, Kramnik won his most recent white game against Gelfand and it’s hard to do such thing twice in a row. Anand might take his foot of the gas a bit.
If there is a black win, then it must be Leko. The other games the white player is far too solid. People seem to underestimate this factor. Kramnik, Anand and Svidler hardly loose as white.
Anand-Grischuk – both have shown good play, hard to predict anything. Let’s say draw.
Kramnik-Gelfand – again, both are in good form and always hard to beat, but I’d put my bet on 1-0.
Morozevich-Leko – Leko has not shown anything impressive, Moro has shown his usual chaotic play. I’d slightly favour white but he may well overpress, so any result is possible.
Svidler-Aronian – they both seem to be strangely struggling in Mexico. For some reason I expert a quick draw.
kasparov trashing his opponents ????
you see susann, that’s the difference between dictature and democracy … having a bitter 2050 unenployed having the right to come and spit on your blog …
hey boy, study this !

Aren’t these the pairings for round 7?
Anand-Grischuk 1-0
Anand is playing well and could have more wins than he has, he has white and I think he will be very aggressive. Grischuk is not as strong as Anand to begin with, has had some close calls already.
Kramnik-Gelfand 1-0
Kramnik is a great player and isn’t getting enough credit on this blog, I think. Gelfand is playing well but I think Kramnik realizes that he needs wins and will play agressively with white and win.
Moro-Leko 1-0
A real contrast in styles. The creative attacker vs. the conservative position player. Could be a draw, could be a Leko counterattacking win if Moro overextends, but I think Moro will find a way to win.
Svidler-Aronian draw
Svidler doesn’t seem interested in playing to win these days, and Aronian needs a draw to stabilize himself. Short draw, I think, of less than 30 moves.
It’s actually
Leko vs Anand
Aronian vs Kramnik
Gelfand vs Morozevich
Grischuk vs Svidler

What a blunder.
Lol
I guess chessbase.com had the wrong pairings, then.
Leko vs Anand 0-1
Leko seems out of form and Anand is playing with confidence.
Aronian vs Kramnik 0-1
Ditto.
Gelfand vs Morozevich 1-0
Gelfand is too solid for the brilliant but erratic Morozevich.
Grischuk vs Svidler 1-0
Grischuk is playing creative chess and Svidler seems uninspired.
Wouldn’t four decisive games be great?! I really don’t expect it, though.

Moron!
