(Nov. 25) – Former U.S. Air Force pilot Milton Torres opens up to CNN about what he says was an encounter with a UFO. Torres, flying from an English air base, said he was ordered “to fire” at a target on a mission over the North Sea in May 1957.
“The target looked like an aircraft carrier” on the radar, Torres told CNN, and then was gone in an instant. Could it have been something other than a UFO? No way, Torres said. “It was some design of an aircraft by some space alien,” he said.

No UFO, thats just Ilyumzhinov’s ride.
Do Astronomers Believe in Aliens?

Anythings possible I guess….but like “religion” there is so much BS around these topics, it’s difficult to “Know” for sure.
When I was a kid I was hooked on this sort of stuff, now I’m just waiting for it to sort itself out. I used to joke that when I retire….I’m going to throw on a backpack and go hunting bigfoot! Or Maybe get a copy of 61 memorable games!!!lol

The object is identified as an Unidentified Flying Object..
So, if we get to know what it actually is, the UFO will disappear.
It is irrational to see a blip on a radar repeater and conclude that it was caused by a real return off an alien craft. There are plenty of more likely (and less far-fetched) explanations to choose from.
The distances and obstacles involved in interstellar travel are non-trivial. Proper use of the scientific method in this case could not lead anyone to the “alien” conclusion.
Difficulties involved in interstellar travel aside, radar returns alone cannot be relied upon as solid evidence for a real, physical object. Besides having been trained in science I once worked with military radar equipment. I’ve yet to see any real evidence for alien visitations to earth.
“but like “religion” there is so much BS around these topics”
This is true, but its not religion’s fault, it is the men who use religion toward their own selfish ends. You may not believe in Gxd, but he believes in you!
Peace and Love!
“…Difficulties involved in interstellar travel aside…”
Typical human arrogance. You think other species use your pathetic propulsion techniques? You guys can’t even make artificial gravity. You don’t even know what gravity is!
When you figure out the relationship between gravity and light, you too will join us in the stars.

Um…..guess we’ve been corrected…lol

The accumulated 60+ years of credible witness testimony, government documents, and sightings around the world (radar/visual, multiple witnesses, engineers, military pilots, pilice officers, scientists) present a strong argument for the existence of alien beings visiting our world.
Our phyics is incomplete. We should consider that technologically more advcanced species would resolve interstellar travel problems.
There are many (usually older-1950’s/60s) books available for interested individuals to understand the phenomena and problems involved.
No need to be ignorant, or go by T.V. pieces.
