Left: PHILADELPHIA – OCTOBER 11: Republican vice-presidential candidate Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin shakes hands with Alaskan native Scott Gomez of the New York Rangers before dropping the ceremonial first puck as Mike Richards #18 of the Philadelphia Flyers looks at Wachovia Center on October 11, 2008 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Governor also led her high school team to a state basketball title.

Right: Former NFL Network play-by-play man Bryant Gumbel sits down on HBO’s “Real Sports” with Barack Obama to discuss the Illinois Democrat’s favorite sport: basketball. The segment, taped last month, features what is touted as the first TV footage of Obama playing in a pickup game, against some younger soldiers. For a middle-aged guy, he seems to have good skills and speed. If he becomes President, he will be the best basketball player in the history of the White House.

Who is a better basketball player? Senator Barack Obama or Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.
