Ukrainian Olena Boytsun elected to ACP Board
Head of the International Cooperation Commission at the Chess Federation of Ukraine Olena Boytsun was elected to the Board of the Association of Chess Professionals (ACP), the official website of the organization said.
The total number of 37 valid votes have been received from: Bareev Evgeny, Bologan Victor, Boytsun Olena, Doluhanova Evgeniya, Fressinet Laurent, Fridman Daniel, Gaponenko Inna, Golubev Mikhail, Inarkiev Ernesto, Jakovenko Dmitry, Jussupow Artur, Kosintseva Nadezhda, Kosteniuk Alexandra, Landa Konstantin, Macieja Bartlomiej, Malakhov Vladimir, Moiseenko Alexander, Motylev Alexander, Movsesian Sergei, Muzychuk Anna, Muzychuk Mariya, Najer Evgeniy, Pelletier Yannick, Raetsky Alexander, Rublevsky Sergei, Sedina Elena, Shirov Alexei, Skripchenko Almira, Sutovsky Emil, Tregubov Pavel, Vachier-Lagrave Maxime, Vaisser Anatoli, Vitiugov Nikita, Wojtaszek Radoslaw, Yakovich Yury, Zatonskih Anna, Zhukova Natalia. The newly elected ACP Board (Boytsun Olena, Garrett Yuri, Klinova Maria, Macieja Bartlomiej, Movsesian Sergei, Naer Eugeny, Romanov Eugeny, Sutovsky Emil, Tregubov Pavel) will now nominate the President, the Board Director, the General Secretary, and the Treasurer, starting the work from the 1st of January 2012.
