1. Rb5+ Rxb5 2. axb5 and now BK is stuck stopping the b pawn. WK swings to the Kingside to halt the black pawns, and eventually capture them. If BK attempts to come to help, the b pawn will queen.
You are right in the broader sense. You are missing a finesse. Because it is not so easy to munch those king side pawns.

I agree with 1.Rb5+ Rxb5 2. axb5 and after exf4 3. b6! Kxb6 4. Kd4 looks fine with either promoting the c pawn or winning the Black pawns with the King and to promote g or h pawn.
First I was thinking of 3. Kb3 but after g5-g4 Black threatens with promoting the f pawn.
I did try the plan above but black’s pawns on the king flank, formed a strong oppozition to the white king and I could not find the win. I really want to know if there is a win in this position.
