White wins! White will later have two pass pawn marching up board the black king can stop both.

I believe it’s a draw, the black king can create a wall in the e file and prevent the white king from going to the other side.

I think white wins after 1.Kg5 Kf7 2.Kf5 Ke7 and now 3.c5! Anyway, I do not see anything better than this…

I think the basic idea is simply to keep the opposition, e.g.
Kg5 Kf7
Kf5 Ke7
c5
and of course if dxc than Kxe5 while if for example Kd7 then
cxd Kxd6
Kf6 and wins
