To facilitate our mutual work, please pay attention to the following information:
1. The Secretariat is situated in office 312, hotel Radisson Blu, Tromso.
2. The GA Agendas can be picked up from our offices (one per Federation).
3. The accreditation office is also situated in the same hotel.
4. The entire programme of the Congress is available on the FIDE and Olympiad websites, at the Secretariat and all hotels and Olympiad venues.
5. The parallel activities programme will also be available at the Secretariat.
6. The first day of the General Assembly is August 11, 2014.
7. The buses timetable is available on the FIDE and Olympiad websites, in the Secretariat and all hotels and Olympiad venues.
8. Please make sure you arrive well in advance in order to register, pick up your materials, your headset for translation and your country’s sign.
9. During GA lunch will be served at the GA venue.
