Just at first glance, 1. Qe6 looks good…

Susan, who was playing black in this game?
1.Qe6 forces Rff8 (otherwise Qxf7 with unstoppable mate), then 2.c8=Q Rxc8 to deflect the rook and after 3.Qe7 there is no defense to both Qg7# and Qxf6+.
One move here is not a solution.
I kind of liked Qd8
1 Qd8 Rff8
2 Qd7 Rg8
3 Qc6
wins the bishop since it attacks f6 with mate.
However Daniel shows a mate which is better.

[if Rxe6, then c8=Q+ leading to mate (Rf8, Qxf8#)]
[if Ref8 c8=Q]
[if Rxc8, then Qxc8+, Rf8, Qxf8#]
[if Rg8, Qxf7 with the thread of mate on g7]
[if Rxc8, than Qg7#]

Solution: 1. Qe6 Rf7-Rf8 2. Qd7 Rf8-Rg8 3. Qc6 Rg8-Rf8 4. QxBb4 Re8-Rc8 5. d6 Ra8 6. d7 Kg8 7.Qe6+ Rf7 8. c8(Q)+ Rxc8 9. dxRc8(Q)+ 1-0
Note: 3. Qc6 Re8-Rf8 is also possible, and ends up 1-0 after 11 moves or so. Other responses from black ends lot quicker.
Susan: I enjoy your problems. Do you also offer solutions to those? That would be nice.
