0 minute tolerance? Are you kidding?
I hope they’re not kidding. Having players being able to loiter in any time they please, up to an hour late has always been incredibly unprofessional. Good riddance to that. Who’d go to see an NFL game if it might start up to an hour late if the players didn’t feel like showing up on time.
But the rule that they just start White’s clock if both players are missing is inconsistent. If both players are missing, it should be a double forfeit.
i dont understand the draw rule. can someone explain it to me clearer?
