Instead of 1 hour layover at Chicago O’Hare, the flight crew decided to show up almost 4 hours late!

That is not very professional of the airline.
I can understand a delay in a huge snowstorm in winter. but now the weather is wonderful.
shame on the airline. they should adjust their schedule to reflect reality and not some wishful thinking.
If you look they always show 50% on-time status. It’s foolish to book thru Chicago if you HAVE to be somewhere.
