The last 9th round of the Highest League Tournament of Armenia’s Chess Championships was held at Chess House after Tigran Petrosian in Yerevan today. GM Tigran Kotanjian drew against Zaven Andriasian.

Tigran Kotanjian has scored 6.5 points out of possible 9 and became Armenia’s chess champion. He also received the right to compete for the Armenian national chess team, becoming the 5th member of the team.
