Kasparov says not invited to Moscow meeting with Rice
Moscow (AP): Opposition leader Garry Kasparov says he was not invited to a meeting between U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and prominent Russians outside the government.
Rice held the breakfast meeting on Tuesday before talks with her Russian counterpart and the two countries’ defense chiefs, aimed to bridge deep differences over U.S. missile-defense plans and other issues.
At least two opposition politicians were there, but some of President Vladimir Putin’s most vocal critics were not.
Kasparov told The Associated Press he and others in his coalition were not invited. He says Rice did not meet with people who are actively working to unite Russia’s opposition.
Kasparov has urged the United States to be more critical of the Putin administration.

Because Condi is part of the New World Order club.
Garry’s talk of representative democracy makes globalists like Condi angry…
Take note of this true believers…
The Bush Administration appeases Putin like the British did Hitler in the 1930’s.
Kasparov is in the equivalent situation of Churchill – shunned and his warnings ignored.
The results were not good then, and they will not be now.
Or is it that Putin treats the Bush administration the way British (or Soviets as a matter of fact) did Hitler in the 1930’s?
Umm…err…there was free speech and more or less fair and free elections in the USA last time I looked.
And Bush is not shipping nuclear material to a country that wants to use the weapons that this material will used to make to destroy another country as soon as possible.
Hitler, Bush and Putin came to power with elections.
Now how democratic is US, go ask people in Guantanamo.
Hitler did not come to power through an election. He never got a majority of the vote.
He was appointed Chancellor by Hindenburg.
Putin did not come to power through an election. He was appointed by Yeltsin, then won rigged elections.
Time you read some history.
