Well, probably not. But the Royals are a fun team. The people in charge (Dayton Moore and Trey Hillman) are very smart, they have some exciting young players (Alex Gordon, Zack Greinke, Brian Bannister), and the single best beat reporter in baseball covers them (Joe Posnanski, for the Kansas City Star). A friend who has to deal with major league teams as part of his job also says that the people in the Royals front office are as nice as you could hope to meet.
How about the Milwaukee Brewers!
