Easy win for white, who pushes a and c pawns together. One of them will become Queen.
Firstly white cannot lose this. Worst case scenario for white is a stalemate.
However a6! should win the game. One of lines can be like this:
1. a6 e3
2. a7+ Ka8
3. c7 Kb7(e2 results in mate)
4. a8- Q Kxa8
c8 – Q and game over
All lines after a6 are losing for black.
White will win.. (a6,e3),(a7,khb8), (c7,khb7)..one pawn will get converted into queen, which can then get the e3 pawn).
is it a little too simple?
Both a6 and c6 wins. I have no idea why this is called a puzzle. Beginners puzzle, maybe, since b7 loses. Or if black is dumb enough, a stalemate is possible.
