Jennifer Shahade is a teammate of mine from the 2004 US Women’s Olympiad Team. She is a two-time US Women’s Champion and a chess author. She has been very active lately with chess activities. I am glad to see Jennifer becoming more active in the American chess scene. She even came out with her own website. You can click the title of this blog above to go to her site. She is also the manager of the new US Chess League.
She has been unfairly attacked by some because of her opinions and views. It is unfortunate but it happens to just about everyone when they are visible. It happened to me many times. I hope she will continue to do good work to promote chess in America.
