Nf7 seems pretty obvious, though it gets a bit more complex than it looked to me at first glance. I am probably missing something more forcing, but don’t know what it might be:
1. Nf7 Kf7 (anything better?)
2. Qc4 Nd5
Not completely sure, but every other move looks like mate to me in another 4 or 5 moves after white plays 3.Bb3 with threats like e5+, Qf7+, Qe6+, etc. The point of Nd5 is to clear a square for the king:
3. Qd5 Ke7
4. Qc5 Ke6 (or get mated)
5. Qc6 Ke7
6. Qg6 Bf6 (what else?)
7. e5 Qa8
8. f3 Be5 (Qa4 9.Qe8#)
9. Qe8 and white will net a queen once the exchanges are done.
1. Nxf7 Kxf7
2. Bc4+ Kf8
3. Qc4 1-0
1. Nxf7! Kxf7
2. Bb3+ Kf8
3. Qc4 Nd5
4. Qxd5 and white is mating.
2.Bb3 was the most forcing continuation. I had eyes only for putting the queen on diagonal first.
