IA Namruev to be a new Special Representative in City Chess
Today by the decree of Alexey Orlov, the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia, Vyacheslav Namruev was appointed to the position of the Special Representative of Republic of Kalmykia in the administrative and territorial formation “City Chess” of Republic of Kalmykia.
It’s worth mentioning that Vyacheslav Namruev was for a long time at the head of the Elista FIDE Office.
Vyacheslav Namruev is an International Arbiter. He was an Arbiter of the following top chess events – 39th Olympiad in Khanty-Mansiysk 2010, FIDE Grand Prix in Nalchik 2009, Moscow open 2009, FIDE Grand Prix in Elista 2008, 17th European Youth Championship 2007, Aeroflot open 2007.
