Alex Lenderman has more than enough GM norms. His rating will be around 2565 (FIDE). He is one of the 9 players with 7.5 points in Gibraltar. I hope his title will be confirmed at the next FIDE meeting.

Does he have enough money to pay the fee for grandmaster title? It can be quite a large amount sometimes. Or is the USCF subsidizing it?
The only thing the USCF pays for is Goichberg’s pocket. They also give money and favors to his minions.

IIRC FIDE was investigating one of the tournaments where Lenderman had received a GM norm, but I believe now even excluding that norm Lenderman now still has 3 GM norms. So AFAIK once he applies for the title again he should get the title at the next FIDE congress.

What did they uncover? Really curious I am.
There is something seriously wrong with the system if somebody can score multiple GM norms without his rating surpassing the 2500 mark.
