Caveat: Having calculated this line in my head, it seems correct, but I’m not usually good at seeing a postition this many moves in advance without a visual board aid to play it out, so I’ve very likely missed something.
Congratulations on a successful SPICE Invitational.
For a while, I worked on 1. … d4, thinking there must be play in the middle, but the king is the real target after all, so 1. … Ng3+ is a good start.
2. hxg3 Rh5+
3. Kg1 Qc5+ Bad for White
2. Nxg3 Rxe1+ Really bad for White.
1.. ng3
2 hg rh5+
3 Kg1 qc5+ and mates

And now:
I.)
2. Nxg3 Rxe1+
II.)
2. hxg3 Rh5+
3. Kg1 Qc5+
4. Nd4 Bxd4+
5. Kf1 Rh1+
6. Ke2 Re8+
III.)
2. Kg1 Qc5+
3. Nd4 Bxd4+
Good show!
