1. Qb4+ Kg8 2. Rxg7+ Kxg7 3. Rg1+ Kh7 4. Qe4+ Qxe4 [or 4 … f5] 5. Nf6#
what about bxe4 instead of qxe4?
If your talking about 4… Bxe4, that’s a false image error, at this point there is still a white knight at d5. Otherwise you are talking about an illegal move as there is no way for a b pawn to capture on e.
“Can White equalize in this position?”
No. 😀
The mate wasn’t that hard to find, that is never a 3/4.
Though I have to say that the question after equalisation made it harder. *hehe*
Nice (and easy) one.
Greetings

That was beautiful but difficult. I found some themes rightly but did not see the rook sac and the queen sac.
Very pretty – I enjoyed that one. Once I saw the rook sac on g7, it took me a couple of minutes to realise that it was “safe” to put the queen on e4, since checking with the knight would be mate if the queen on f3 could be deflected.
i found the rook idea … but didnt go as far as queen sac ,infact i was wondering how cud white queen give a check on the light square after rxg7 rg1+ kh7 … missing the mate threat with n . nice one susan , you do find nice tactical games.
