Anonymous above….you should look up parody and copyright.
Anon 2:37 has a right to communicate his/her opinion, James.
This site, being open for us to post on, is in fact “better off” without people who try to intimidate or insult others or to deny others that right of free speech.
It is not a petty or unfounded attack; it is a valid point.
anon 3:17,
How is anon 2:37’s point valid when he/she assumed a bit much and indirectly accused Susan of copyright infringement?
What was the purpose of his/her criticism, and what good could come of it?
If we’re going to talk about “the right to free speech” then it should be realized that right does not apply to slander or libel (which is possibly how his/her comment could be interpreted).
Also, “freedom of speech” does not necessarily equate to “morally correct” (of course, that is a separate issue entirely). Using the freedom of speech, I could easily start an out-of-context argument on this page or start blasting Susan or randomly insulting one of the readers. I have that right. However, it accomplishes nothing positive and it detracts from the welcoming, educational, and and fun atmosphere that Susan tries to provide for us here.
Freedom of speech is no excuse to use poor judgment.

HAHAHAHHAHHA
great stuff!!!!!! =:)))))
I made it and there is no infringement. The only chance there could be any kind of legalities is if Susan tried to sell it, used it to promote a product or service, or if it caused the FF franchise to lose money. None of which are going to happen.
I apologized for some of these outrageous posts. They IPs came from Mr. Sam Sloan and his supporters. They matched other posts as well.
Best wishes,
Susan Polgar

This photo only tries to achieve a smile. I do not understand as you all can be discussing on it.
Susan, to stop this type of attacks in your blogs you must not allow the anonymous messages!
Then if somebody want to say whatever,he/she will be forced to sign…and coward people do not say the same if they can be identified. You can be absolutely sure!
It is a good tip, just think about that.
Dear Jose,
It is just as easy deleting a bad post from an anonymous as a registered user. They can register with anything and I can’t stop it. It only takes me 1 second to delete 🙂 Don’t worry 🙂
Best wishes,
Susan Polgar

It’s an amusing picture and I concur that it doesn’t violate copyright at all and constitutes a fair use of the image.
LOL! That’s hilarious. Thanks Jerry for a good laugh.

🙂
THANKS JERRY
What a hoot!!
THE POLGARSTIC 4 GUAU!!
Very cool and appropriate! Thanks Jerry!
I must say you look good Susan. Everyone looks good in the picture. It sure gave me a good laugh. I am sure parody is acceptable. Actually it helps to advertise them for free in a good way.
Anyway a great fun picture.
