Ne5! wins an exchange
The following is based on just looking at the diagram, without any board setting or using computers:
I believe 1.Ne5! wins.
If 1…Nxe5 then 2.Rc8+ wins
A) If 2…Rd8 then 3.Bxd8 wins at least an exchange since if 3…Bxd8? 4.Rxd8+ Ke7 5.Rxa8 wins a Rook
B) If 2…Bd8 then 3.Bxd8 (threatening 4.Bc7+) wins
Other 1st moves simply loses Ba8 for Black.
