be4 does the trick but, qa1 is still tricky, then rb1, i think.

2. Rb1 {2. RxQ stalemate }
3. … QxR { zugzwang, again other moves allow 3. Rh1# }
4. BxQ, and then the black g pawn falls and the white g pawn queens
1. Be4 Q-anywhere
2. Rh1#
1. Be4 Qxe4
2. Rxe4 Kg2
3. Re6 and wins
