Nxf5+
1. Nxf5+! gxf5 2. Rxd6+ Ne6 3. Rxe6+ Kh5 4. Qd1+ Qe2 5. Qxe2#
Nf5 jumps out immediately as the only way to quickly clear some lines to the black king:
1. Nf5 gf5 (Kh5 below)
2. Qf6 Kh5
3. Qg5#
It does black no good to refuse the knight at move 1, but he will survive a couple of moves longer:
1. Nf5 Kh5
2. Qf6! Kg4 (h6 3.Qh4#)
This or delaying sacrifices like Qf1- there is no other way to prevent both Qg5 and Qh4#:
3. Qg5 Kf3 (Kh3 4.Qh4#)
4. Nd4 Ke3
5. f5#

It seems nobody sees the move Nd3+…
So, yes, 1 Nxf5! is good, but after 1… Kh5 (1… gf5 2 Qf6+ and 3 Qg5#)
the move is 2 Kg2! and white wins.
After 2 Qf6 Nd3+! white can’t win.
1. Qf6; any move (except Qf1+, which is just a useless delaying tactic) 2. Nxf5+; Kh5; 3. Qg5+ Mate or Qh4+ Mate)
