I am shooting new instructional chess DVDs on the Colle and important endgames. You know how I feel about openings. I think it is the least important part of chess for club players and below.
I am a firm believer in tactics and endgames. That is why I am doing an opening DVD on the Colle. It is a versitile opening that does not require so much deep analysis as in some other openings. My tactics DVD is already out and it is doing very well. An endgame DVD is now next.

I think it is great news you are making all these educational dvds to help us patzer and good players get better. I have purchased your 5 dvd set and it is a good one. I can understand your opposition to openings but wouldnt a series on just basic mainline openings be benificial to novice players? Because I believe in order to get a good position early in a game you need a sound plan.
