Fighting to protect and save the USCF.
I just posted the latest filing in San Francisco here. We are fighting to protect the USCF and the interest of USCF members. Here are some of the things we have asked for:
– Disgorgement of all monies paid to Director Defendants or to Kronenberger unlawfully and/or without the authorization of the USCF.
– Restitution to the USCF all sums misappropriated by Director Defendants and/or Kronenberger without the authorization of the USCF.
– Reimbursement to the USCF of all legal fees paid to Kronenberger in pursuit of this unauthorized lawsuit.

So let’s see. You’re fighting to get back money for the USCF while Bill Hall, Goichberg, Jim Berry, Randy Bauer, Ruth Haring, Mike Atkins and Randy Hough are fighting to spend more money to bankrupt the USCF.
The members should demand for Bill Goichberg, Jim Berry, and Bill Hall to pay back the members the $600,000 they’ve wasted, USCF members’ money.
