A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be held within 25-29 of March, 2009 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, under the patronage of Asian Chess Federation and the President of FIDE Zone 3.6 and under the auspices of FIDE. The Lecturer of the seminar will be IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARM), member of the FIDE Arbiters’ Council and the assistant will be IA Husan Turdialiev(UZB).
Two arbiters from each country of Central Asia (Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan) will participate in the seminar as well as arbiters from other countries who are willing to take part.
