FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Mashhad, Iran

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 15 to 20 June 2010 in Mashhad, Iran, by the Asian Chess Federation in cooperation with the Chess Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Pardisan Hotel (5*) in Mashhad.
The Lecturers will be IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, Casto Abundo (PHI), Asian Chess Federation’s Deputy President and IA Mehrdad Pahlevanzadeh (IRI), Asian Chess Federation’s Treasurer.
