A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 16 to 20 August 2015 in Kuwait City, Kuwait, by the Kuwait Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Ramadan Hassan (KUW).
The venue of the Seminar will be the office of the Kuwait Chess Federation in Kuwait City.
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic.
The Seminar will give FA norms and titles according to the FIDE regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
