I remember this one well. One of the better endgame problems.
It looks to me like the best white can do is draw via 1. Nc4 – if 1…b2 2. N:a3 R:a3 3. Rh6+ K moves 4. Rb6 b2 5. Kc3 stops the pawn,
Black can also try 1…Rd1+ 2. Kc3 a2 3. Rh6+ K moves 4. Ra6 a1Q 5. R:a1 R:a1 6. Kb3 and I think this is a theoretical draw.
