Carlsen looks so strong in this tournament, I think this is his turn to win. Today is the best time to make the move. If Carlsen and Shirov lands on the same point Carlsen will still win on tiebreak (if not Topalov has reached the same point too, in which case he will win instead).
I just looked at the Domingues-Topalov game from yesterday. What a wild game! That guy Topalov was born to play materially imbalanced positions!.
I want Carlsen to win (who doesn’t), but I think Topalov will win the tournament. Carlsen and Shirov will both draw their games and Topalov will beat Ivanchuk-just my weak minded opinion! My comment will only make sense if round 9 is the last round; it is, isn’t it?
