How about
1. Ra1+ Ba6
2. Raa6+ Kb7
3. Rhb6+ Kc8
4. Rb8+ Kd7
5. Rxd8+ Kxd8
6. Rd6+
Hope it works!
Not so hard since white has few options and almost everything is forcing.
1. Ra1+ Ba6 (Qa2 is just useless)
2. R(a)xa6+ Kb7 (forced)
3. R(h)b6+ Kc8 (forced)
4. Ra8+ Kd7 (forced)
5. Rxd8+ Kxd8 (else white is up 2 whole rooks)
6. Rd6+ Qxd6 (what else?)
7. Bxd6
and white is up a Bishop for a pawn, and it is the right Bishop for his rook’s pawn.
Both of the given solutions look good. It doesn’t matter if 4. Ra8+ or 4. Rb8+ are played, the resulting positions are identical.
It also doesn’t matter if u take
Rxd8+
or u play Rd6+ first
either way White end up with a bishop for a pawn & a winning end game
