  I guess that :

  1.Ng6! is doing the job, i.e.

  1…Qxg6

  [1…hxg6 2.Rh3 leads to mate.]
  [And if 1…Kg7 2.Nxf8+ Kh8 3.QxQ KxQ 4.Nxe6! leads to mate.]

  2.Rxf8+ Kg7
  3.BxQ Rxf8
  4.Qf3 King moves
  5.Qxa3 and now White must be winning.

  4.h4 Kxf8
  5.Qf3+ King moves
  6.Qxa3 and it seems at least comfortable endgame for White.

  Why don’t you take a deserved rest and start employing people working for you, for profit gains? Too many freebies, with people who don’t knowing how to spend loads of cash lurking about.
