That is sad black rook after 1.Rh7. Additionally, if black tries 1. ….Kb8, white puts the king on c6 and the bishop on b6 to set up the mate. And if black tries 1. ….Kc8, white plays 2.Ba7 to win most efficiently. A pretty problem all in all.
