4 minutes
1. Rd3+ Kc5 2. Rd5+ Kb6 3. Rb5+ Kc7 4. Rb7+ Kd8 5. Rd7#
Although all moves are forced it took me 4 minutes to solve it too.
I got this one in less than 20 seconds. The first two rook checks were obvious to me, and after the second one, I glanced up at the d8 square and knew instantly where and how the black king was going to be mated.
About a minute and a half for me. I was seduced by 2. Nd7+ and had to convince myself that it led nowhere.
