Without variations: Bc4.
1 K f 6 2 Q b7 3 c 6 #
Kf6 c4
How ’bout 1. Bg2? If 1…Ke5 2. Qe3+ and either 2…Kd6 3. Qe7++ or 2…Kf5 3. Bh3++. If 1…c4 2. Qb6+ and either 2…Ke5 3. Qf6++ or 2…Kd7 3. Bh3++. Upon 1…Kd7, 2. Qb6 and after either 2…c4 or 2…Kc8, 3. Bh3++ ends it. Finally, if 1…Kc7 2. Ke7 and after either 2…c4 or 2…Kc8, 3. Qb7++ seals it.
That looks right
Bc4 works against every defence except Kc7 – missed that.
