There’s really nice defensive pawn structure around the White King but you have to mess it up to solve the problem.
1. Rf6+ Bxf6 ( 1. … Kd5 2. Be6+ Kd6 3. Rd7# ) 2. Rd7+ Ke5 3. d4#
If kd5 it is mate in 2.
