1Rb7 double ch.ka6 2 Ra7 ch 3 B ch mate.Alternatve variation is easy.
1…Rg5+! (discovered check and clearing the c8-h3 diagonal for the Black bishop), 2. Kh3 Bf5# 0-1
1. …Rg5+
2. Kh3 Bf5#
1minute 15 seconds
This one took me over 5 minutes. I got lost in double check line starting with 1. …Rg2+, and didn’t have the immediate good sense to give up on it after the first 2 minutes. Eventually decided it was likely lost for black, though not proven definitively. Eventually found the solution by looking at the repetive check line of 1. …Rg4, and only then did I notice black had a mate in two by leaving the bishop check from f5 open by playing 1. ….Rg5 instead of Rg4.
For a mate in 2, I found this one quite enjoyable.
Absolutely same thought. Rg2+ first and then the 2 move mate with Rg5+ discovered check. I took much longerthan 5 mins though 🙂
easy
1…Rg5+ 2. Kh4 Bf5# Muy engañoso. Es tentador el doble jaque. Pero esto pierde pronto por la ubicación de las torres blancas y por su superioridad en calidad.
