guys do well, like van der Wiel.
But of course a realistic bet can
only be one of the two top seeds.
Nepom… is also still quite young
(16 I think), and Krasenkov has a
lot of experience from top events
he used to play.

I’m not sure about Negi but Hou YiFan showed she isn’t fazed by playing on a big stage (see last women’s olympiad) – she’ll probably do well.
corus 2007 is the biggest event
I am amazed that Krasenkow is in the C group.
Surely anything but a top spot will be a dissappointment for him.
My guess is that Ian N…, is going to win this!
I don’t understand why a 2651 rated and very experienced GM is included in this group. It is not fair with the other players or even with himself if he doesn’t win…
Ian Nepomnyashiy will win the C group with a huge ‘+’. Krasenkow will take 2nd behind him. Hou Yifan and Negi will both remain around the ‘=’ mark but Hou will place higher than Negi.
