From 22 to 27 July 2014 the 34th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held, organized by the Commission for Women’s Chess, under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer.

The Technical Organizer was WGM Martha Fierro.

The Lectures were in Spanish language.

Thirty five (35) people from Panama, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Cuba, USA, Mexico, Spain, Peru, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Greece and Ukraine attended the seminar on Internet and took the examination test.

The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
