1.Rd3!!! Threatening
(1) Rxc3 winning Q and game and
(2) e4+ and Bh7#!
Black cannot parry both threats and hence he has to give up his Q or be mated!
A>1….Qxd3.2.Bh7+!.Ke6.3.Bxd3 and wins as the white bishop Will stop the black pawns and white g pawn will queen.
B>1….Qc/b4.2.e4+!!.
B1>>2….Qxe4.3.Bh7+!.Ke6.4.Bxe4 for a easy win being R, B and passed g pawn up!
B2>>2….Kxe4.3.Bh7#!
Very simple. White wins.
1. Rd3
2. e4+
3. Bh7+
Finished.

New to the site. Thanks for putting together such a great mine of information.
1. e4+ Kxe4 2. Kh7+ Ke3 3.Rd3+ winning the Queen
As usual my eyes captured 1.e4+ which leads to nothing for white.Instead
1.Rd3 Qxd3
Black can not shy away from this capture 1…. Qe1 2.e4+ Kxe4 (2… Qxe4 3.Bh6+ Ke5 4.BxQ) 3.Bh6#
2.Bh7+ Ke6
3.Bxd3 and wins easily.Black K reaching h8 has no meaning as there is no stalemate.
I meant 2. Bh7+ obviously.
