In the women’s section the Chinese won with 4-1 score. Ding Yixin defeated Valentina Gunina, Shen Yang was stronger against Natalia Pogonina and Lei Tingjie won against Alexandra Goryachkina. The score of the match is 15:10 in favor of the Chinese women.

A traditional friendly match between national teams of Russia and China took place in Ningbo (China) on July 13-21. It was a 5-5 single round robin system for both men and women teams.
