TIRANA, June 19 (Xinhua) — In the framework of the project of chess lessons in Albanian schools, Albanian Deputy Minister of Education Rauf Dimraj, Deputy Minister of Education of Georgia as well as President of European Chess Federation Zurab Azmaiparashvili signed the agreement of cooperation on Wednesday.
The project aims to provide to students the opportunity to receive lectures of chess through different activities in the technology of information labors by organizing different competitions.
The implementation of the project will start in ten Albanian schools which will be implemented even in the framework of turning schools into community centers. Chess lectures will identify the most talented students who will be trained to exercise the sport of chess, according to Albanian Daily News.
