www.ChessDiscussion.com was launched yesterday at around 9:30 AM (Central Time). It is a FREE forum for everyone and it takes less than 30 seconds to register.
The first step is to click on Register. Everything else is self explanatory. I tried it myself and it took me less than 30 seconds. You get to pick your own Account Name and Password. Very simple!
