Chess Becomes Larger Than Life at Northwest Elementary

Northwest students have been given the privilege of receiving a life-sized chess board on their campus.
Students are enjoying the thrill of success as they collaborate with their classmates. Each student takes a turn as his team strategizes to support the next move.
The pictures show students from Mrs. Kerzee’s 3rd grade class competing in a boys vs. girls game of chess – larger than life style.
